Sales Professional

Responsibilities
- 3 years sales experience
- Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite
- Must be self-motivated, responsible and dependable with ability to work independently as well as in group/team setting.
- Must be able to prioritize and apply appropriate urgency to tasks and situations.
- Must be organized and have skills to manage a sales funnel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional sales presence on phone and in person.

Event Coordinator/Exec Admin
Interchanges is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator/Executive Admin. This person will support company operations by maintaining office systems and assisting staff in areas of need. This person will also coordinate any events put on by the company and contribute to the overall success of the entire team.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Conserve executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Maintain executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your customers
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinate details of all events, including coordination of event logistics, gathering of event and promotional materials and securing venue for event
- Ensure day of event goes smoothly; including making sure staff is adequately prepared for event.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current clients and prospective clients to generate new business
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current/prospective clients
- Provide thought leadership and maintain a high-level of interest in strategies and marketplace trends
- Participates in trades shows and conventions
- Reports directly to the President

Responsibilities
- Be a strategic advisor and proactive account manager that builds strong client relationships and sets strategic marketing plans
- Navigate client needs, objectives and challenges by continually selling/positioning Interchanges’ strategic business value
- Provide thought leadership and maintain a high level of ‘digital curiosity’ on strategies and marketplace evolution trends across eCommerce, SEM, Social Media, Advanced Analytics, Digital Attribution, etc
- Manage digital marketing plan development, client relationships and internal departments (project management, media, creative, analytics, technology, call center) through the setting of clear business priorities and objectives
- Outstanding management skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Communicate with departments (project management, media, creative, analytics, technology) in the successful management of digital marketing plans and push for ongoing innovation.
- Have entrepreneurial experience with a strong sense of accountability for speed and effectiveness of delivery
